Take Great Photos with your Smartphone (iPhone & Android)

Registration Required beginning Monday, 3/16/2026
This 3-hour class is for those interested in producing high-quality images with their smartphone cameras. That means learning and understanding the camera controls, as well as when and how to use them. Doing so will put the photographer in better control of their camera, and that will mean significantly improved photographs.
Don’t forget to bring your fully charged smartphone, the smartphone’s charger, and any accessories you have.
Space is limited, and registration is required by calling the library at: 860-423-2501 beginning March 16, 2026. Adults only; one registrant per phone call.
About the presenter:
Peter Glass has been a professional photographer in the New England and New York areas for over 25 years, specializing in corporate, editorial, portrait, and stock photography. His photos appear regularly in magazines, advertising brochures, websites, and on book covers. He holds a Master of Arts degree in film and television production from the University of Texas.
