The Inland Wetlands Agency generally meets on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 pm in the Council Chamber, Audrey P. Beck Building (Mansfield Town Hall).

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission also serves as Mansfield’s Inland Wetlands Agency (IWA) is responsible for enforcing Connecticut’s Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town’s Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations.  The Conservation Commission assists the IWA evaluation of specific projects.  Pursuant to the Town’s Regulations, regulated activities in or within 150 feet of a wetland or watercourse require an inland wetland license.
